		<description>Though I have not suffered from frequent insomnia I have as stated in the article lay in bed at night feeling as if there is no possibility of getting to sleep.   The best way to get a good nights sleep is to maintain balance between what input and output.  If what you consume is not counterbalanced by you activity then at some point you will feel overwhelmed stressed and quite possibly find yourself struggling to sleep.  

The best way to counterbalance your consumption with activity is to become more aware and develop a regular meditation practice.  This way you become more aware of the inner - that part of you that signals when its time to act or rest.  I use audio visual entrainmetnt technology to help in this regard. This technology is helpful for anyone overwhelmed and in need of greater self awareness  and the ability to exercise control over their mind and body so that they are capable of generating the mind body states necessary for whatever they wish to do even if that is just falling to sleep!</description>
